Our history
The founding members of our team have been working in the construction industry as sole proprietors for over 20 years, but in 2010 the moment came when we thought we had the expertise and capital needed to start a limited liability company. In the first years, our main goal was to stabilize our company in addition to building our own team, with whom we would like to work in the long term, so the focus was primarily on making a profit.
Fortunately, from our previously established relationships, we received a lot of recommendations, so the orders came one after another, which we were able to complete with high quality and on time. Our first major order was the painting, fire prevention and assembly of metal structures, which we still remember fondly when we drive several kilometers on the highway past the noise barrier, which reminds us of the early days.These provided the initial impetus and within a few months we were receiving nationwide inquiries, and our news spread by word of mouth.
In 2014, thanks to a satisfied client, we won several major projects in Nuremberg and its surrounding area, so in the following years we had the opportunity to test ourselves not only in the domestic environment. Here, in addition to routine general contractor work, we were also entrusted with the renovation of Adidas’ Nuremberg site, which was a huge recognition for us at the time, because we were the first Hungarian team they worked with.
By 2018, we had reached a point where the number of our own employees exceeded 10, and the fluctuation in the team has been minimal ever since. This is due to the fact that not only our clients, but also our own employees see that we can provide them with continuous work with a predictable income. On the other hand, our experience is that our clients also guarantee our reliability by not missing deadlines due to the labor shortage that is unfortunately very typical of the construction industry.
